Pre-order
We are committed to responsibility and sustainability.
Pre-ordering allows us to produce only what you need, avoiding overproduction. It also limits our initial investments, helping us focus our resources on quality. Your pre-order shapes real demand and allows us to grow in a balanced way, in harmony with our values.
Delivery times may be longer than you might be used to. We want to be transparent about the availability of our products, so you will find an indicative estimate on each product page.
To compensate for these potentially longer delays, we are offering a special discount. This is our way of recognizing your choice to adopt a more thoughtful approach to consumption and thus contribute to a responsible approach.
Order processing
When you validate your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Remember to check your junk mail if this is not the case.
Your order is then prepared within 48 to 72 working hours and handed over to the logistics provider for delivery.
In mainland France, allow a transport time of 2 to 4 working days.
You can track the progress of your order with the tracking number provided from your account, in the "My orders" section. If you have any questions, we are available by email at hello@charlyetmoi.com
Delivery
Deliveries are possible to countries within the European Union.
We offer free delivery on purchases over €100.
Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the package and are indicated in your order process before payment.
For any request outside the EU, you can contact us at hello@charlyetmoi.com so that we can establish the appropriate delivery costs.
Returns and Refunds
You have 15 days after receiving your order to return the products to us.
Return costs are your responsibility except in the case of defective products.
You will be refunded the amount of the order including delivery costs within 15 days on the card used for payment.
Any item returned incomplete (product label, handles, removable foam, buttons, etc.), damaged, damaged, washed or stained cannot be taken back. Therefore, a refund cannot be made.
A refund may be refused if:
- the return period has passed. In this case, we will offer you an exchange with payment of the delivery costs.
- your item does not meet the return conditions detailed above.
Exchanges
Exchange is possible under the same conditions as returns.
Any item returned incomplete (product label, handles, removable foam, buttons, etc.), damaged, spoiled, washed or stained cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility but we will not apply a delivery charge for the replacement item.
Products
Materials used
We pay great attention to the choice of each material used in the manufacture of our products.
We always favor French manufacturing. Unfortunately, some parts are not (anymore) available in France or their costs are too high to allow us to obtain a competitive final product, so we choose European parts.
Guided by our desire for eco-responsibility, we use unused stock fabrics from manufacturers or high-end brands, thus guaranteeing the quality of our products.
Finally, we pay particular attention to the strength of the materials used and we choose all our metal parts taking into account the breaking loads.
Defective product

Remember to attach a photo in your email and indicate the order reference so that we can find you more easily.
We will definitely find a solution to satisfy you.
